If anyone ever asked me (they haven’t) how I think of this blog, my answer would be, “it’s a diary of my crafting exploits that other people sometimes read.”
Which is mostly accurate. Mostly. But unlike a real diary, the fact that there are sometimes readers, means that I concern myself with being respectful of the reader’s time and whether what I post might actually interest anyone.
Being an obsessive worrier about such thing means I don’t post many items that are only important to me. Ergo, the whole “diary” aspect is somewhat lost.
And that’s not all that’s lost. I’ve lost pictures of some of my past projects because I never posted them here. So, I’m going to try something new. I’m going to pictures pictures (or maybe cryptic notes), without any explanations — pretty much post-it notes to myself.
Anyone subscribed to this blog will get noticed when these “Nobody Else Cares/Understands” posts go up and I apologize for that. I apologize, because I’m going to
at least try to ignore the fact that this will annoy the sometimes readers out there.
I love it when you read here (love it even more when you comment) and I don’t want to annoy you, but I once made a 1/144 scale jack-o-lantern and I no longer have a picture of it.
