Halloween Poly Clay Pumpkin Head Giveaway

I was about one-quarter of the way through sculpting this fellow when I realized he was going to be much too heavy for my original purpose. But he’d already developed a personality, so I decided to finish him and then, because he doesn’t fit my purpose, I’d check here to see if I could find him a good home.

Now if you think you could give him a good home, be sure to look at the next photo — I don’t want anyone surprised by his small size.

I do have the perfect spot for this amazing fellow!
My favorite homemade halloween costume is the foo manchu hermaphrodite flasher. I’ll keep it as PG as possible and say it consists of a trench coat, flesh colored body suit, some well endowed prosthetics from both sexes, a bald cap and some black hair for the pony tail, eyebrows and the nether region.

My favorite reaction was from an inebriated pig who thought he would get a handful of breasts and was perplexed when they were too hard and then was flashed the male part complete with hair. In the state he was in, he thought he had just hit on a guy and left the party!

Thanks for the chance to own some of your fabulousness!

Wow, lady! That is so so cool!!! He is such a sweet scowly little pumpkin!

My mom is a sewing machine wizard. As a kid (and some as an adult, too!) she always made my sister and my halloween costumes. My all time favorite had to be my lion costume. It was amazing! It was all furry and wonderful (though INCREDIBLY warm!). It was a group costume, where we had Dorthory, the tin man, and my self as the lion. Some other honorable mentions by my mom was my blue M&M costume, and my gypsie costume (which is a more recent one). I aspire to be like her someday! My husband declared to me yesterday that he wanted to dress up this year! So, I guess I will be getting my hands wet in some costuming! Weee!

I believe in allowing cats to do the judging. Mine certainly has assumed a spot in my crafting. Except for one little shelf that she does not have access too, or maybe she just hasn’t figured out how to squeeze her nose into the door to open it. Until then, that little pumpkin head would be perfect for that shelf.
My favorite homemade costume was a little bo peep that I sewed on machine, but altered so it looked a little more modern, meaning, I might have shown a little more decolletage than the original Bo Peep. Either way, bonnet and all, it was a big hit.
Thanks so much for this opportunity.

This guy would fit perfectly into my Lemax Spooky Town!
My favorite homemade costumes were the ones my Nana made for my sister and I when we were little. She was a nblue crayon and I was a red crayon and she even made us crayola buckets to trick or treat with. The picture of the two of us is still hanging in my parents’ house.

This is so cool! You did an amazing job on him!
My favorite homemade costume was one I made for my dog a few years back. She was a jack o lantern and she looked adorable!

I really think I could give your little pumpkin a fantastic home as I am working on an Ostrich egg (carved) Pumpkin and he would go great into my little halloween scene.
    He is so adorable!

He’s got great personality. I’d love to have the chance to win that little guy. As far as handmade costumes go, I never had one. 🙁 My family’s crafty but with my mom working full time, she always just bought my and my brother’s costumes. I, on the other hand, have decided to make all of my children’s (starting last year). The only one I’ve made so far is my daughter’s. She was a pirate, and a very cute one at that (she had just turned 3 at the time). This year she’s going as a princess (I’m almost done with the dress), and my 1-year-old son will be a knight (I think). Something tells me the princess dress will become my favorite. It is turning out pretty awesome, if I do say so, myself. 🙂

I’ll adopt that little pumpkin! He’s adorable.

My favorite costume was one I made for my daughter when she was five. She wanted to be a spider, so I bought a pair of black sweatpants and three black sweatshirts, plus three pairs of gloves. I cut the arms off of two of the sweatshirts, and sewed the gloves on to the ends. I then stuffed the arms and sewed them down each side of the intact sweatshirt. Each arm was attached to the arm above it with fishing line, so when she raised her arms, all her spider arms moved together. For added fun, I sewed a large plastic fly into one of the fake hands. Mmm, tasty flies!

I love this little guy! I’ve been doing a couple of pumpkins out of paper clay, but they are not coming out near as personable as your guy! I have to say some of my favorite custumes are ones my dogs were forced to wear 🙂 One year my Alaska Husky was dressed as a harlot complete with a pink boa and my Cattle Dog, a pup at the time, was a bumble bee. By the way, I made some of your Frankie pins and posted them on my pinterest. Loved doing them! Thanks for the pattern!

Love this guy saw him on craftster and had to jump over here to try to win him! I have two perfect spots for him actually. During October he would definately be displayed with our Lemax Halloween Village and the rest of the year he would reside in my craft room with my collection of living dead and little apple dolls.
My favorite homemade costume has to be the one I made for my daughter when whe was 7. She wanted to be Alice in Wonderland and it took me a week to sew the satin blue material that we picked for the dress (satin is a pain to work with) and the white apron but she looked so cute and was so happy with it that it was totally worth it! This year she’s 15 and now she wants to be the Alice from the PS3 game Alice Madness Returns just waiting on her to decide which outfit she wants. 🙂

He is darling. You did such a great job! We’re making our very first miniature Haunted House this year, how darling something like this would be.

Opps, I forgot to say… my FAVORITE Halloween costume was one that my Grams made me. She looked at the storybook, Peter Pan, sketched out Tinkerbell’s outfit, then drew the pattern and made me the cutest costume! I was thrilled!
